By subscribing to and utilizing our services, users acknowledge and agree to our strict no-refund policy outlined below.
No Refunds on Any Fees Paid
All payments made to Win Massive Impact Pvt. Ltd., Automate My Biz LLC, and SEO ORB Digital Solutions, including but not limited to subscription fees, setup fees, service fees, consulting fees, AI usage fees, telephony credits, or any payments made to our partner service providers through our platform, are final and non-refundable under any circumstances.
This policy applies to:
- Monthly and annual subscription fees for Win Massive Impact Pvt. Ltd. and related services.
- One-time setup fees for account configuration, onboarding, and system integrations.
- Consulting, implementation, and training fees, whether delivered remotely or in person.
- Wallet-based or usage-based pricing, including payments for AI-generated responses, telephony services (calls, SMS), email automation, workflow executions, and third-party API usage.
- Upgrades, add-ons, and feature unlocks within Win Massive Impact Pvt. Ltd..
Payments to Third-Party Providers
Payments made to third-party providers through our platform are final and non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to:
- HighLevel Inc. for CRM and marketing automation
- Twilio for telephony and SMS services
- Mailgun for email automation
- Zapier for workflow automation
- Agentcentric AI for AI-powered chat and voice automation
- OpenAI for large language model processing
- Anthropic's Claude AI for AI-powered conversational processing
- ElevenLabs and PlayHT for AI-generated voice services
- Cloud hosting and data storage provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
No Refunds for Early Cancellations or Non-Usage
- If a user cancels their subscription before the end of the billing period, no pro-rata refunds or credits will be issued for the unused portion of the service.
- Non-usage of services does not qualify for a refund or credit. The responsibility to utilize the purchased services lies with the user.
Discretionary Exceptions
In rare and exceptional cases, Win Massive Impact Pvt. Ltd. may issue a refund at its sole discretion under extraordinary circumstances, such as:
- A technical failure or billing error that results in duplicate charges or an incorrect payment amount.
- A service unavailability issue that is proven to be due to Win Massive Impact Pvt. Ltd.'s direct system failure, preventing the customer from using the platform for an extended period (not applicable for third-party failures).

AI Commenting Sidekick Extension
We want you to be satisfied with AI Commenting Sidekick. However, due to the nature of digital services and credit-based systems, we maintain a strict refund policy.
Free Tier
No refunds apply as the Free tier is offered at no cost. Users provide their own OpenAI API key and are responsible for associated costs directly with OpenAI.
Pro Tier Subscription ($4.97/month)
Refunds ARE Available When:
- Technical issues prevent service access for more than 48 consecutive hours
- Billing errors or duplicate charges occur
- You cancel within 24 hours of initial subscription AND have not used any credits
- Service is discontinued permanently
Refunds are NOT Available When:
- Any credits have been used during the billing period (even 1 credit)
- You've consumed your monthly credits
- You forgot to cancel before renewal
- OpenAI or third-party services experience outages
- You violate our Terms of Service
- More than 24 hours have passed since subscription started
- Partial month refunds (service is billed monthly)
Credit Top-Ups (100 credits for $2.97)
CRITICAL: Credit purchases are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE
- Once any credits from a top-up are used, no refund is possible
- Credits expire based on purchase terms
- Unused credits do not carry over
- No exceptions to this policy
Important Notes on Credit Usage
WARNING: Once you use even 1 credit, whether from subscription or top-up, that purchase becomes non-refundable.
Credits are considered "used" when:
- An image is analyzed using the AI
- A comment is generated
- Any API call is made on your behalf
How to Request a Refund for Extensions
If you believe you qualify for a refund:

- Include your account email
- Include order/transaction ID
- Provide reason for refund request
- Include screenshot of the issue (if applicable)
- Wait for response (typically within 48 hours)
Processing Time
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Bank processing times may add 3-5 additional days
Subscription Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through the extension settings
- Cancellation takes effect at end of current billing period
- You retain access to credits until period ends
- No partial refunds for unused time
Disputes
If your refund request is denied and you disagree:
- Reply to our decision with additional information
- If still unresolved, you may dispute with your payment provider
- Excessive disputes may result in account termination
Special Circumstances
We may offer refunds outside this policy for:
- Extended service outages (>72 hours)
